PractiRead is a free privacy-friendly and secure open-source RSVP (Rapid Serial Visual Presentation) speed reader. It allows users to highlight text on any webpage and read it back at a controlled pace, reducing subvocalization and increasing efficiency.

Usage:
1. Find the text you want to read.
2. Highlight it.
3. Click on the extension.
4. Press the play button.
