Picshot is a fast, private region-screenshot tool for Firefox. Press Ctrl+Shift+Y (⌘+Shift+Y on Mac), drag to select any part of the page, annotate with arrows, text, highlighter, or shapes, and copy to clipboard or save as PNG/JPG.

Capture

Hotkey or toolbar-icon trigger.
Click-and-drag region select with 8-point resize and drag-to-move.
Crosshair guides, cursor magnifier, and element snapping for pixel-perfect selection.

8-color palette, custom hex input, adjustable stroke width.
Eyedropper to pick a color straight from the page.
Undo / redo with full history.

Output

Copy to clipboard as PNG (one keystroke, or hold Ctrl during drag to auto-copy on release).
Save to disk as PNG or JPG.
Print directly from the overlay.

Keyboard-first

P / L / A / R / M / T / E to switch tools.
Ctrl+Z, Ctrl+Shift+Z for undo / redo.
