Thank you 1000 times for your work and this add-on Andy.
However it has a bug when you use it from an opened email in GMail: the links inside the emails do not opent in Chrome but in a new Firefox tab.
Could you correct this? As this behaviour makes the add-on totally useless to me.
Also notice that your equivalent add-on for Opera does not suffer this bug.
All the best,
Axel. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 13691853, 6 years ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by AndyL964, 6 years agoAdd-on does just what it says and only takes seconds to set-up. Works flawlessly along with the "Open in Firefox" extension I have installed and have been using in Google Chrome for a about a year now.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14243511, 6 years agoRequires access to your data for all websites, exchange messages with programs other than Firefox, Download files and read and modify the browser's download history. None of that is needed.
This is just an addon to get information, would recommend not to install. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13835448, 6 years ago
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13603420, 6 years agoCannot find a way to install the extra program this requires on a Mac. Have some experience of using Terminal and am very IT literate, without being an IT professional, but can not get this off the ground with the instructions supplied.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Cliff, 6 years agoThis appears not to be working:
Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
Waterfox 56.2.0 (64-bit)
I get the "One more step" page and "Check Connection" returns "Cannot find the native client". I have tried it with /usr/bin/google-chrome, /opt/google/chrome/google-chrome and blank for the native client (/usr/bin/google-chrome is in the $PATH). - Rated 5 out of 5by ELLIOTTCABLE, 6 years agoThis (and Andy's "Open in FireFox" for Chrome) is working just great for me! FireFox 60, Chrome 67, macOS 10.13, and locally-installed Node.js 10.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 13602307, 6 years agoDoesn't work at all. I have the latest builds of FF Quantum and of Chrome and latest Win 10 build and after installing this and trying it, it doesn't do ANYTHING.
