- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17862970, 9 months agoRE: Thank you for addressing the issue. Before rating the extension, I unpacked it and looked at the code. It didn't make any sense to me why it had that as part of validation.
Thanks a lot, Sören.
Can't set custom homepage with custom protocol e.g. moz-extension://Developer response
posted 7 months agoYou can use moz-extension:// URIs now. In the future, please request features via appropriate channels instead of abusing the review system. Maybe you want to consider a better review now as your only point of criticism was addressed. - Rated 5 out of 5by Device Problem, 9 months ago
- Rated 4 out of 5by Speede-du-potar, 9 months agoThis Add-on can't decipher characters with French accents. Too bad.
And when he opens my page, there's a big frame all around it, which takes up too much space on a small screen! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18203154, 10 months agoWorks just as described. In the options I pasted in the page I wanted to load on each new tab, and now it's just click and there it is. Thanks!
- Rated 5 out of 5by Kevin, 10 months agoWorks great on desktop. Can we get compatability for Firefox mobile please?

It's technically not possible to support Firefox for Android as Firefox for Android does not have a tabs WebExtension API. - Rated 5 out of 5by Thomas Sears, 10 months ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by KC, 10 months agoSimple, the extension does exactly what it is suppose to. 100 Percent!

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18174079, 10 months agoKind of useless if the URL isn't automatically selected in a new tab. Having to ctlr+a and delete the url in each new tab before being able to type is not very helpful.

posted 10 months agoIt would be nice if you would ask before giving bad reviews for add-ons since what you want is not possible at all for WebExtensions. As there is no way to this, it's not fair to get a bad review for that reason. And by the way, 70,000 other users don't think that the add-on is "useless". - Rated 5 out of 5by naught-y, 10 months ago
- Rated 5 out of 5by algi, a year agoIt's longtime since I added it and I'd like to say Thank You again because it's nice and useful. 👌
- Rated 5 out of 5by Torchy, a year agoIt works and makes my annoyances with firefox homepage go away! The loading times are slower however, but I know that that is probably out of your control.
- Rated 4 out of 5by Crazy Jimmy, a year agoThis app does just what I needed. However, it was too hard to find out how to change the URL for new tabs. I've spent perhaps 15-20 minutes clicking and, frankly, don't know how I finally got to the page that enabled changing the URL. (This may pertain to other Firefox add-ins, too.)
Would like to donate, but had bad experiences with PayPal and closed my PayPal account. Wish there was another way to donate. Developer response
posted a year agoIt works. Of course you have to configure the extension once. If you have problems or questions, feel free to open an issue on GitHub.
