About this extension
MonkeyHub bridges your Monkeytype typing tests directly to GitHub, helping you showcase your typing journey with automatic commits and a live, animated stats dashboard in your repository README.
- Automatic Syncing: Captures your typing test results (WPM, Accuracy, Raw WPM, Consistency) directly upon completion on Monkeytype.
- Profile-Ready README: Generates a clean, customized markdown stats card in your chosen repository.
- Personal Bests & Streaks: Tracks all-time personal bests across time and word modes, along with daily streaks and an activity heatmap.
- Privacy-First: Communicates directly with the official GitHub API. No third-party servers or telemetry involved.
- Connect your GitHub account via a Personal Access Token or OAuth.
- Select or create your target repository.
- Take typing tests on Monkeytype as usual—MonkeyHub handles syncing your stats in the background.
