About this extension

It is strongly recommended to read the instructions for MathML fonts before trying to install this add-on.

Mathematical formulas have miscellaneous notations that require specific fonts to be rendered correctly. This add-on contains WOFF2 versions of some free mathematical fonts recommended by the Mozilla MathML Project.

For users that do not already have the required fonts installed on their systems, this add-on will provide a better rendering of mathematical text, including more pleasant style and support for more Unicode symbols. It may also improve stretching of mathematical operators.

Licenses:

The add-on code is licensed under the MPL 2.0.
The Latin Modern Math font is licensed under the GUST font license.
The STIX Two Math font is licensed under the SIL Open Font 1.1.
