Colors faithfully match macOS light mode with Reduce Transparency turned on in Accessibility system preference. Subtle gradient background image completes the look.

About this theme

The colors appear to have switch positions because Safari places the tabs bar under the main toolbar. I decided to keep the same color for the same elements, rather than the same position. I may do another version that goes the other way in the future.

v1.1 fixes a color issue with the URL field drop-down menu.
