Knowledge Capture lifts the actual content of a web page out of the page scaffolding and turns it into a normalized, readable document: no navigation, banners or repetition. The result exports as TXT, as a Word file, or as a PDF through the print view.
Capture happens only while the Knowledge Capture sidebar is open. With the sidebar closed the extension processes nothing. Everything stays local in the browser: no server, no telemetry, no advertising, no data sharing.
