posted a year agoSorry for reply this late, not sure why I don't receive notifications for reviews anymore. Thanks for the detailed feedback!
As for Firefox mobile and Chrome: Chrome portage started since a long time, but some Firefox specific APIs I was relying on don't exist in Chrome, and I already had to rework some features to make the addon usable in Chrome. And there are currently major changes in these APIs which require reworking things deeply to remain compatible with old Firefox / new Firefox / Chrome.
For Android, you make a good point. I never focused on this because Pocket android app is actually pretty good, so even if there is no Firefox addon, there is at least a good product available to consume your pocket content. But I added this to my project backlog nevertheless.
As for 3: Pocket does not expose lists and collection through the API they provide to other developers, so there is not much I can do there :)

- Rated 5 out of 5by LloydGSR, 2 months agoI've been using this ever since Mozilla nerfed the original Pocket addon and gave us that absolutely shitful button instead.
Thanks heaps for your work, my dude, I've got no idea how I stumbled across this but I'm grateful I did. I've migrated across to Linkwarden now Mozilla have decided Pocket is on the chopping block, I'm going to miss this little gem. - Rated 5 out of 5by SuniRein, 2 months agoThank you for such an amazing extension. It is the best read-it-later plugin I known. I have used it for years, and feel sad to hear that Pocket will be closed.
- Rated 5 out of 5by tbone, 2 months agoExcellet extension, use it everyday. I was sad to hear that Firefox will be closing Pocket and I am guessing that is will no longer work after that happens. Thanks for such an amazing extension.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Seän "Frostbyte" Shepherd, 8 months agoThis extension makes the default Mozilla "Save to Pocket" button look like it was written on Scratch by a 6 yo (no offense to Scratch users). It's an *outstanding* example of pushing the WebExtensions API envelope beyond its capabilities, something only a capable and brilliant software engineer can do. Being a SW engineer myself, I'm fully aware of the difficulties of this. Bugs, syntax errors and random runtime exceptions are the bane of all developers.
It seems Mr. Buisson is experiencing one of those atm, as his intro to this extension states. But he obviously takes his work seriously and cares about his end-users, a rare and admirable trait, and I commend him. I would *still* recommend this add-on to anyone who loves Pocket and dislikes the simplistic excuse of an extension that serves as the service's default. Merci beaucoup, Pierre-Adrien! (I hope I spelled that right)
My French is sadly appalling, but you deserve no less than my best effort and expressing my gratitude in your language! - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 16165448, 9 months agoUse it everyday since it was first launched. I love the bookmarking button that also tells me if a page has been bookmarked, and the easy access to pocket through the dropdown is priceless. Thank you!

- Rated 5 out of 5by darlington95, 9 months agoVery nice add-on. I use it every day.
I am using multiple Firefox accounts. Pocket is essential for me as a bookmarking tool across accounts.
Being an add-on, it is very quick to use. It doesn't interrupt my thinking. I love the favorites coloring and title editing.
The archives are not searchable, but if it slows down the search speed I'm happy to keep it the way it is. Thank you. - Rated 5 out of 5by ikkqqstudio, 10 months agowell that's a good addon, i am using on waterfox because There is no Pocket feature in original waterfox release

posted 10 months agoThank you for the feedback. Definitely up there on my todo list for the next major version. However, not sure when it will happen as life goes in the way quite a lot. Still, I add your feedback to my backlog. I would also like to have a dark theme so it is likely to happen someday :) - Rated 5 out of 5by Seän D. Shepherd, a year ago

posted a year agoThanks for the feedback! It's on my todo list for the next major version, alongside a (possible) general redesign, but I'm lacking time to work on this for now. Still, thanks for showing your interest in a dark mode, I added a +1 on this item in my backlog!
