About this extension

Ground Truth checks whether an AI's Quran citations actually exist and match the real Arabic text, before you trust what it told you. Instead of asking another AI to grade the answer, it checks against the Tanzil Project's Uthmani Quran text bundled directly in the extension — no network call, no guessing. Runs automatically on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, Meta AI, and Google's AI Overview; also works via right-click on any selected text. Hadith wording checks (when a quote is present) use hadeethenc.com's public API — see the privacy policy for exactly what that sends. Free, open source.
