About this extension
Do you use multiple Google accounts (e.g., personal and work) in the same browser? It can be frustrating when you open a new tab for Google Drive or Docs and it defaults to the wrong account. "Google Account Memory" solves this problem silently in the background.
How it works:
The extension observes which Google account you are currently browsing with (by checking the authuser parameter or /u/1/ URL path).
When you open a fresh link to a Google service (like Drive, Docs, Keep, etc.) without an account specified, it automatically intercepts the request and routes you to your actively used account instead of defaulting to your primary one.
Privacy First:
This extension operates 100% locally on your machine. It does not collect, store, or transmit any analytics, browsing history, or personal data.
Features:
Lightweight and fast (Manifest V3)
Zero configuration required
Does not interfere with login or account management pages
