This allows users to load pictures from their hard drive into this system just calling an external api to encode the image.
About this extension
This extension is a PageMod that exclusively works for the Baja California's Education System's "REL". It provides functionality to upload a picture from your computer using an external API that encodes the image, and then it gets loaded in the page instead of just forcing you to use the webcam to do this.
