by CC, 3 months agoI've only had Ghostery for about 12 hours, and I love it already! I read the news on Yahoo homepage daily, and I'm sick to death of seeing big boob ads, fart ads, and toenail fungus ads in the sidebar (how disgusting is that!). There is no way to stop most of these ads, so I decided to add an ad blocker to Firefox. All I can say is that I should have done it months ago - No more boobs. No more cracked yellow toenails. No more fart ads. I'm in heaven every time I see those empty gray boxes in the sidebar. Thank you Ghostery and Firefox!

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12879791, 15 days agoI do love everything about what Ghostery-provides, but having the ability to selectivly block a /javascript or a widget on e.g. Twitch would be really nice, or maybe if you set Ghostery to block familiar widgets across the web. ((Like Noscript, except less intrusive))

- Rated 3 out of 5by Joy, a month agoIt seems to do a great job of ad blocking. Unfortunately, it also blocks videos from sites that I've subscribed to. For example, I belong to Herb Mentor on LearningHerbs.com. None of the videos will work with Ghostery enabled.
