Intention by Lone
Use Instagram intentionally. Feed scrolling gets interrupted, and leaving Instagram logs you out.

About this extension
Intention is a lightweight Firefox extension built to add friction where Instagram usually removes it.
It lets you use Instagram for deliberate actions like replying to DMs, checking something specific, or posting. But when use starts drifting into feed-style scrolling, Intention steps in with a prompt that interrupts the loop and asks you to act consciously.
It also clears your Instagram session when your session ends, so the next visit requires logging in again. That added friction is the point.
