This is an experimental extension to try out a way to do micro-transactions to fund websites. To use it just press the extension icon (the green dollar sign) on any webpage you wish to fund. Any time you do so you are allocating one cent to that website, and the popup that comes up includes a link to your current "bill". Since this is experimental no actual money currently changes hands.
