About this extension
FindThis lets you search selected text right on the page in a floating mini-window — no new tab, no leaving the site.
How it works
1. Select any text on a webpage.
2. Right-click and choose "Search in FindThis".
3. A small panel appears near your selection with search results (Google, DuckDuckGo, Bing, or Yandex — your choice).
4. Drag the panel by the header, resize it by the edges or corner, or close it with the × button or Escape.
Features
• Floating panel — Resizable and draggable; stays on top so you can keep reading the page.
• Multiple search engines — Google, DuckDuckGo, Bing, Yandex (select in settings).
• Dark and light theme — Auto (follow system), light, or dark.
• Middle-click — Open the current result in a new tab (option: switch to it and close the panel, or keep the panel open).
• Copy URL — One click to copy the current search result URL.
• Local only — Settings stored in your browser; no account, no data collection.
Languages: English (default), Russian.
Settings: Click the FindThis icon in the toolbar to open preferences (theme, window size, search engine, middle-click behavior).
