What I need is a plugin that enables javascript by default, and disables it if the domain is in the blacklist

Does what it says on the tin! In a pinch, very useful.

Does what NoScript is uncapable of doing: Keeping scripts enabled by default. NoScript can only do so by globally disabling it; it's all or nothing. It would have you waste time white listing every website you use often as well as domains that connect to that website.
