About this extension
ColorSense lets you view any web page through color blindness simulation filters. Choose from three common types of color vision deficiency (CVD):
The popup lets you pick a simulation type and toggle it on/off for the current tab. A canvas overlay applies the color transformation in real time, so you can see how your content appears to users with different types of color blindness.
Set a default simulation type in settings and use the keyboard shortcut to toggle quickly. ColorSense stores only your preferences locally and never transmits any data.
- Protanopia (reduced sensitivity to red light)
- Deuteranopia (reduced sensitivity to green light)
- Tritanopia (reduced sensitivity to blue light)
