Sure it's a lot of individual permissions, but it's just the domainfor ChatGPT (openai.com), and then 196 different search engine domains(google.com, google.co.uk, etc.)
Obviously these permissions are required for the addon to first forward your search to ChatGPT, and then inject the response into your search page.
