- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 13859890, a month agoI like what I have seen so far in Bonjourr. There is one thing that may prevent me from moving from Homey to Bonjour and I do admit it's kind of minor. The one capability that Homey has that I appreciate is the ability to assign locally saved icon files to a link. As far as I can tell this isn't possible in Bonjourr. Am I missing something or is this a feature that can be added?

- Rated 5 out of 5by Varniit, 2 months agoIf you want to beautify or is bored by the default new tab of Firefox, Chrome, and Edge (yes, check on Chrome and Edge addon store) then Bonjourr new tab addon is there. I am using it for last 5 years when I discovered this via Reddit. And since then it is new only addon apart from Ublock Origin or Adguard or Ghostery that is used constantly or re-installed. A lot of customizations and gives you a feel of premium homepage and you can change your default search engine, not limited or bonded by what browsers forces us to use.
But as said before and mailed to Devs (I don't know if they have read it or even considered it not) about some additions to existing features like -
- Missing AM/PM for time widget. No option to get it enabled.
- Changing of widgets' positions is still messy. Need simplification like tableus are done.
- Search suggestions from whichever search engine you use doesnt show any. Need working on it.
- Add more independent search engines like Brave Search, Kagi, Startpage, Mojeek.
- Currently there are 2 ways to change background wallpaper i.e., Unsplash and Local. I hope topics, colors, genre, feel and Pexels are brought in.
- Backup thing is difficult. An export file that is saved locally or cloud backup with Google Drive or OneDrive or PCloud would be a good way to backup in anything happens to device or customizations done.
I don't know it is me or something else but what customizations are here for Chrome and Chromium browser users, are not exactly same for Firefox or Gecko-based browser users. Please clarify on this.
5 stars but resolving these is necessary to sustain those 5 stars. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18644124, 2 months ago

posted 2 months agoThanks for the review! If you're talking about the popups in the bottom left corner, you can close them by hovering over them and hitting the close button. You can also easily disable the update notification in the settings. - Rated 5 out of 5by ulasmulas, 2 months agoClean and easy to use. One of the best extensions of Firefox.
