- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14560662, a month agoIt works really well for most things, but if a website has a Disqus-style comment section it won't automatically turn it dark and I have to turn dark mode off and on for it to work. I have this problem on SBNation sites and on Angrymetalguy.com

- Rated 3 out of 5by Tiago Rangel, 4 months agoOnly works on some websites (btw, most don't), but does its job.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Amit B, 6 months agoI have been using this super-useful extension for over a year now. It mostly does its job perfectly, except that the automation feature (that enables/disables the dark mode as per predefined settings) has been broken for about 6 months now, without any action from the developer. So giving it a 3 star rating.
- Rated 3 out of 5by flap, 8 months agoWorked great previously, lately has issues with REALLY bad stuttering when scrolling through some web pages, to the point of unusability with the addon enabled.
On Firefox for Android - Rated 3 out of 5by Kristoforas, 8 months agoI found it resources consuming extension on my old Macbook though works as expected.

- Rated 3 out of 5by dpq06, a year agoI turned off darkreader after a couple hours because the filter list doesn't seem to work or make any sense (Or maybe I'm dumb) I only want to enable it for websites I choose but I can't seem to do that. Seriously 'invert listed only' and 'not inverted' is a terrible choice of words- along with the other 'this site only' button makes it a bit confusing for smooth-brain types like me. Also If you have it on it will darken sites that are already 'dark'.
Besides that the dropdown window is really well made, and the inverted result looks great. - Rated 3 out of 5by kenkn, a year agoDesde que lo agregé al navegador lo negro se ve de color azúl oscuro, ¿que pasó?
- Rated 3 out of 5by Junaid Ahmed, a year agoDark Reader addon has a serious memory leak issue. This problem is affecting users for quite a long time.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Ariel, a year agoAfter turning off dark mode on some web pages, you cannot turn on dark mode again. The button does not respond. Reinstalling an add-on does not help because some files remain after uninstalling it that saves its settings. There is no option to completely reset the add-on.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14085748, a year agoSeit dem letzten Update lahmt mein FF und hängt sich ständig auf. Ich habe Dark Reader erst einmal deaktiviert bis ein neues Update kommt.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 17522603, a year agoI have loved this extension but I recently realized it slows down Firefox. It caused it to 'not respond' several times and crash once within the last hour. I've disabled it and the problem has been resolved. I actually plan on still using it for now but if it persists and or gets worse I will sadly have to discontinue using this wonderful extension.
- Rated 3 out of 5by deviannt, a year agoSendo sincero eu achei bom, o único problema seria que algumas vezes ele dificulta a minha visão mesmo eu modificando para melhor visibilidade.
- Rated 3 out of 5by xeff4335, a year agoWould be great if there was an option to turn off news updates that change the toolbar button icon. Why would the average user care about Dark Reader updates?
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 15431286, a year agoI loved the app to take the darkness down so it wasn't so painful to see come night time. Dark reader in the past was able to use open dyslexic, which delighted me as i am neuro-divergent and made reading content easier. Sadly, the font was removed, and i use it less often now
Developer, could you please reconsider putting it back in? - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 17414310, a year agoThis used to be a functioning app...slow loads and memory hog aside. But now, fonts are blurred and a strain to read. I have to switch it off frequently, just to be able to read the page. Fix this issue, it's a deal breaker. It's tough to justify donating to a developer who appears to ignore input.
- Rated 3 out of 5by tom, a year agoIt's ok but not always does a very good job changing pages to dark. The content is often not readable or visible.
