posted 8 months agoThank you very much for the thoughtful review! I'm glad to hear you've had a good first impression, though I'm sorry to hear you hit a crash (even if the feedback was clear). If it happens again, please do report it on GitHub so that I can track it down—I try very hard to make sure users never have to see that notification. :)
Thanks also for the suggestions—I'll be sure to keep them in mind! I agree the default setting of "stash and show the UI" can be a bit unsettling for new users and I do plan to change it in the future. To your point about adding to the stash without closing tabs—you can do this by holding the Alt (or Option) key when clicking the "Stash" button.
Thanks again, and I hope you continue to find Tab Stash useful!

- Rated 4 out of 5by Umbrus, 25 days agoThis looks to be a really good replacement for some other tab management addons/extensions I've used, but it has one major issue: It can only read tabs from the current window. This is an issue for me, as I often have 4-5 browser windows open, each with 10+ tabs. That said, this extension does not appear to focused on tab management as much as it solely focused on *saving* tabs, and for that it functions incredibly well.

posted 24 days agoThanks for the review and the feedback! You're absolutely right that Tab Stash is a little different from other tab managers in that it's more focused on clearing away tabs and getting them into a place where they can be organized.
That said, there's an open feature request for showing tabs from all windows, and it's something I do want to implement eventually. If you're on GitHub, you can subscribe to it to be notified of new developments: https://github.com/josh-berry/tab-stash/issues/314 - Rated 5 out of 5by elqnny, a month agoThis extension is very useful for me, it's simple and has all the features I needed, thanks.

posted a month agoSorry to hear you're having trouble. I'd like to help, but I'm afraid I can't provide support in review comments. Please open an issue on GitHub and I'd be happy to take a look. - Rated 5 out of 5by n0TfiX, a month ago

posted a month agoSorry to hear you're having trouble. I saw your bug report—unfortunately, if the browser gets into a bad state, there's really nothing Tab Stash can do about it. I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue by clearing your session data.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Mistress Of Universes, 2 months agoI've been using this for about a year now and it is probably my favorite add-on ever. It's so nice being able to just push all of the tabs out of the way when I need a clean slate but also recall them individually or as a group at any time.
I also absolutely love the most recent update where the tab icon spins around when a recalled tab loads in! It's so cute!!!Developer response
posted 2 months agoI like the spinny icon too! I actually can't take all the credit for it; the first version was contributed by a user, and I tweaked it a little bit in the latest release.
In any case, I'm happy to hear you're enjoying Tab Stash! Thanks for coming back after a year to leave a review, I really appreciate it. :)
