ResumeQuick by ResumeQuick

ResumeQuick shows how well your resume fits a job, then helps you fill in the application without leaving the page.

Match, on any job posting
• Match score — how closely your profile fits the role
• Strengths and gaps, with concrete recommendations
• A tailored cover letter on demand, pasted into the form's cover-letter field in one click
• Already analyzed this job? The sidebar opens your existing analysis instead of spending a new one
• On a job page, a small "Check your match" button opens the sidebar. × folds it to the logo; Settings switches it off
• A page the sidebar can't read yet? Press "Read this page" and allow that one site
• Optional: turn on "Notice job postings on any site" and the toolbar icon marks pages that publish a job posting
• Nothing to analyze on this tab? The sidebar shows your one next step in the job search

Apply, on the application form
• Fills your name, contact details, links, location, salary expectations, availability and work authorization from your ResumeQuick profile
• Attaches your resume as a PDF
• Knows Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters and Teamtailor forms. On any other site, press "Check for an application form" and allow that one site
• Drafts answers to open questions like "Why do you want to join us?" from your resume and the job analysis. You read and edit each one before it goes into the form
• Leaves questions about gender, ethnicity, disability and veteran status to you
• Never submits for you: you check the form and send it yourself, then mark the job as applied in your tracker

Works with your ResumeQuick account: sign in with one button. A personal API key (resumequick.app → Settings → Extension & Claude) still works if you prefer it.

Privacy: nothing leaves a page until you open the sidebar; your sign-in and details are stored in your browser; what goes into a form is not sent to ResumeQuick; usage data can be switched off; no browsing tracking, no data selling. Full policy: https://resumequick.app/en/extension-privacy
