About this extension
AppSheet Copilot is a sidebar for the AppSheet editor in Firefox. Describe the change you want in plain words, English or Vietnamese, and it turns that into a plan you can read before anything happens:

• Review the plan on a board: one row per change (what changes, where, status), checked against your live app. Remove or edit rows you don't want.
• Build now: the add-on fills in the AppSheet editor for you, step by step. Each row shows Done, Warning or Failed with the reason, and failed rows can be retried on their own.
• Nothing is saved automatically. Your app only changes when you click Save in AppSheet, and you can discard everything there instead.

What it can build: columns (type, App formula, Valid If, Show / Editable / Require, Enum and Ref settings), virtual columns, table security filters, all 11 view types including dashboards and charts, slices, actions, format rules, and bots (data-change or scheduled, with email, notification, webhook or data-action steps). It edits app structure only, never your data, and keeps a local backup of the app definition before every build.

Also in the sidebar:
• Expression: write, explain or fix AppSheet expressions, using your app's real table and column names.
• Types: suggest column types and apply them in the editor.
• Ask: questions about AppSheet (syntax, slices, security filters, automation…).
• Short definitions for AppSheet terms such as Valid_if, Show_if and Security filter.

Choose your AI:
• Coding agent (MCP): use Claude Code or Antigravity on your own subscription. Install the appsheet-architect plugin below; the agent reads your app, stages changes on the board, and can run Build now after asking your permission. [Recommended since this is the perfect way to use Claude and Gemini Pro Subscription]
• Your own API key for Google Gemini, DeepSeek or Claude (Anthropic). Local OpenAI-compatible servers (Ollama, LM Studio) work too.

English and Vietnamese interface, light and dark themes, full keyboard support. Firefox 142 or newer.

Independent, open-source project (MIT), not affiliated with Google or AppSheet.
