AbsoluteOne — Proposal Assist works on the freelance job page you're viewing. It captures that one job into your AbsoluteOne feed and drafts a grounded proposal for you to review. Nothing goes out until you send it yourself.

Assist-only

You review and submit every application. The extension never auto-applies and never submits for you.
It reads only the job page you have open, and only when you click.
It does not crawl, bulk-collect or scrape listings.

Where it works

It works on supported freelance sites, including Upwork and Contra, with more listed on absoluteone.ai.

How it works

Open a job on a supported site.
Open the AbsoluteOne panel from the toolbar icon.
Capture the job to your feed and draft a proposal. The draft is anchored to the job's title, description and budget, plus what you've told AbsoluteOne about your work.
Edit it, then prefill the proposal box or copy it. You submit it on the platform yourself.

Grounded

Drafts use only the job and your own inputs. No invented metrics, results or claims. If there isn't enough to go on, AbsoluteOne tells you what to add.

Setup

Install the add-on.
Create a free AbsoluteOne account (no credit card).
Allow site access: Firefox makes site access opt-in. In the Extensions menu (puzzle icon) or about:addons > AbsoluteOne — Proposal Assist > Permissions, allow absoluteone.ai and each supported job site you use. Without this the add-on can't reach your account and the panel may not appear.

Privacy

When you click, the add-on sends the job's title, description, budget, skills and URL to AbsoluteOne only. AbsoluteOne's server uses Anthropic to draft the proposal. Your connection token is kept in browser sync storage. The add-on has no analytics and no other third parties. Full policy: absoluteone.ai/privacy
