This POS does counterintuitive things, mis-stores data, and is a royal PITA to use. Rookie software, not ready for the enterprise.

Desktop app doesn't sync to browser extensions quickly or the phone app at all (requires log-out or force close on desktop, then logging back in and force closes the app on the phone for it to work). I've tried the extension on Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Brave and the extension doesn't detect 75% of the textboxes it should. Also, it constantly tried to overwrite things like Workday for job applications when the log-ins are for completely different companies.

Add-On is very buggy: 1. always shows "please login to Nordpass" even when you are, 2. the drop-down window with Account Suggestions, if it appears, its often at a very unusable position and 3. two thirds of formulars it doesn`t pop up at all.

Wenn man mit Accounts arbeitet ist das mega nervig. Als wenn ich dafür noch was zahlen würde, denn Werbung klappt immer wie es aussieht.

One or two times you see partial compllition with my data. I dont know who to fix it but i am not going to be customer after the end of my payment . Free password managers work better to be honest . Please fix the problem ...

Making this nearly as useless as Nord VPN -- had contact with their support staff. Again, completely nonfunctional expensive junk. Doesn't work at all. Nothing they do can fix it. Reading other reviews, the crap app has had problems with Firefox from the start. NordPass and NordVPN has ripped me off for the last. They're out at end of contract. DON'T BUY THIS CRAP.

WORTHLESS!!! They send requests over HTTP instead of HTTPS!!! Too easy to capture request over scripts too!!! Today, everything is only HTTPS and secured DNS over HTTPS.

I contacted support who were unfortunately not a lot of help. I have now moved over to an alternative password manager as not having a seamless experience when using something so fundamental as YubiKeys is a dealbreaker for me!

I bought a two -year subscription, but I'm disappointed. I had a nordvpn prepaid for another year, but it was not extended, but I was terminated when buying Nordpass. I am also not satisfied with Nordpass. It will not recognize the pages and I have to manually search the password and copy and paste it. Very impractical.
