Sometimes I'll find that it's not seeing an available video in one browser, but when I try the same webpage in another browser, it finds the video and downloads it with no problem. But at least I'm able to download the video...that's the important thing!

Chaque fois que je l'installe sur un nouvel ordinateur Video DownloadHelper fait partie des premières extensions que je réinstalle. c'est une très bonne extension fiable et paramétrable facilement. Je la recommande.

When I paid my one-time payment membership, I only have little problems downloading. Kudos to Paul. You helped people so much. God bless you.
