Highly irritating, pop ups, some of which are large, covering up what I want to see and *every flamin time* I go to a new page. It's pointless logging in until I am ready to buy as it times out! I hate it so much I disabled it and don't use shopback now most of the time.

To be honest, at first, I wasn't sure whether ShopBack was a bit of a scam. It sounded too good to be true and the first payout took months to appear. However, as time went on I realised that it was actually a good deal better than I first thought. Shopping is easy using the Firefox addon and works very well. Money for shopping is a win situation for me. I love ShopBack.

They are deceptive. Sometimes they don't recognize your transactions so you lose your cashback. Uninstalled.

The cashback is incorrect. I get a lower cashback than the published rate. It's cheating.

It does work, but the notifications are incredibly annoying and can't be disabled

Beware that half the time the shopback button disconnects itself when you go to the payment page and therefore it does not recognise that your purchase should be attributed to shopback. I have had to fill in 5 missing cashback forms in the last 3 weeks, and need to do 2 more when the waiting period is over.
You shouldn't have to check the connection every time you click a button on the website you are trying to purchase from.
