Property Track adds the one thing Rightmove leaves out: the full asking-price history of every listing. Open any property and see every price it has been listed at, when each change happened and what it first went on for. Free, with no account, no card and no search limit.
PRICE HISTORY, FREE
• Every increase, decrease and the original asking price, with dates, on every Rightmove listing page
• The same history on each card in search results, so you can spot reductions without opening a listing
• Works wherever homes are listed on Rightmove, and needs no sign-in
PLUS
Plus adds three tabs beside the price history, so you can weigh an asking price against what is on the market nearby, what has actually sold, and where prices have been going.
• Comparables – the homes for sale or to rent within a quarter, half or one mile with the same number of bedrooms, on a map or in a list, each with its asking price and whether it has been cut or raised
• Recent sales – what sold nearby in the last six months and what was actually paid, from HM Land Registry, with the address, the property type and, where its energy certificate gives one, the floor area
• Trends – the median price paid and the number of sales in the listing's postcode district for each property type, every complete year since 1995
