Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about the frustrating experience. It sounds like the issue might be related to PhotoShow not having the necessary permissions to access websites.
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Open about:addons in Firefox to navigate to the Add-on Management page.
- Locate PhotoShow in your list of extensions and click on it.
- Under the "Permissions" section, you'll find a toggle labeled "Access your data for all websites." Enable this option.

張貼於 4 年前Please check if your PhotoShow has been accidentally set to "Mini" mode in its popup window and if that doesn't help much, you might wanna send me the website on which PhotoShow doesn't work properly, so that I can give it a check. Thanks.

張貼於 5 年前As far as I test it, it works well with Twitter. It would be appreciated if you could list the link of the page on which PhotoShow doesn't work appropriately, so that I could check and fix any potential problem. Thank you.
