Cette extension me permet de ne pas avoir de fautes dans les mails et les textes que j'écris, et ça m'aide à améliorer mon orthographe.
Un point négatif: depuis quelques jours, les fautes ne sont plus soulignées automatiquement. Je ne trouve pas l'option qui me permettrait de remettre ça en action, ce qui m'ennuie profondément.

Time to leave the ship, because there is also other extensions do the same for free.

I stopped paying for the tool when they went full on "AI" mode. Stayed on the free tier. Now they are closing the free tier because of AI. Company had a good thing going but had to put their foot in their mouth. Too bad, so sad.

Cool, so they ruined the spellchecker by handling it off to AI first, then demanded their userbase's money to keep it running? Turning a good free tool into a bad paid one is one hell of a business venture, hope it becomes a dead one next.
Anyway, looking forward to see this service being overtaken by something it used to be - a simple and free open-source spell checking algorithm.

I was a paid user, but the direction of the addon towards AI instead of just keeping their main business and now making the browser addon also paid to fund their idiotic AI craze made me cancel my subscription and uninstalling the extension.

Fatal error making this paid only, absolutely dumb decision for what! having AI in it? Nah hard pass

I self host this on my Linux laptop, the browser plugin makes it usable, and since I self host, it is private as well. Good solution that actually improved my own writing.

If I have to pay because they're now using AI APIs to correct texts, I have no reason to use them.

As of lately, wants a subscription even for simple grammar check, with bogus reasoning. Basically lying to the user, why its necessary to pay now. All of a sudden.

This is an AI riddled awful checker that now requires payment when it used to be free. I suspect its to fund the AI

The overuse of AI is getting tiring. I dont want an "enhanced experience designed to make my writing sound more professional, eloquent and solid", I want a spellcheck that works on several languages, the list of which I can choose from and customize. It was perfect before, there was no reason to change it
