It used to work well but the latest update broke it. Clicking the extension doesn't do anything anymore and you can't activate so it's essentially useless. The bubble still shows up on pages though.
Edit: tried reinstalling and it still doesn't work. There's something wrong with version 5.48.0

張貼於 1 年前You can get our extension back up and running by uninstalling it from your copy of Firefox (if installed). Then, you can download our Rakuten Browser Extension from our website, Rakuten.com, or through Firefox Browser Add-Ons page. I've literally lost hundreds of dollars since this app doesn't work. I've been promised money back, I click on what needs to be done, it's confirmed and NOTHING. It's a scam.

張貼於 5 個月前If you see you are making Shopping Trips and our extension is activating, then it may be some internet traffic filtering service or VPN is active or an issue with the merchant recognizing the order as eligible for Cash Back through us.
