Overview:

Nomi.AI Shared Notes Extractor is a Firefox extension designed to add two powerful tools to the Shared Notes Page of your Nomi: The import and export of your Nomi's Shared Notes as a human readable .txt or .md file. You can also import and export .csv if you're using the tool for version control, archiving, or some other Nomi mad science.

Modify, transfer, share, and archive your shared notes like never before.

This extension is designed for Desktop, but can be used on mobile.

This extension is under the MIT license, and you can download the code from GitHub. If you build something cool with this, I would love it if you let me know at spacegoblins@protonmail.com. Credit is appreciated, but not required. See the License on GitHub for more information.

Installation:

1. In Firefox, search addons.mozilla.org for Nomi.AI Shared Notes Extractor or click this link
2. Click the "Add to Firefox" button
3. Make a selection for private windows and click "Add" on the popup
4. Make a selection for pin to toolbar and click "Done"

Usage:

1. Navigate to your Nomi's Shared Notes page at 'https://beta.nomi.ai/nomis/somenumber/shared-notes'
2. Review the new buttons added to the page header
3. Import: Select a .txt, .md, or .csv file from your device to upload and autofill to the appropriate fields
4. Export: Save your Nomi's current Shared Notes into a human readable .txt, .md, or a database-friendly .csv (you can configure this in the next step)
5. Settings (⚙): Click the gear icon to select the file types you want to export in. You may also view the latest release notes from this popup. Your choices are automatically saved, and will sync across devices/sessions if you're logged in to Firefox

You should find your Nomi's shared notes in your download folder, named 'nominame_Shared_Notes.MM-DD-YYYY-HHmm.somefiletype'. You can rename these for version control if you like.

Future Updates:

If the community finds this extension useful, I may expand it's features. Let Cardine and the team on the Nomi.ai Discord know that you would like the native ability to download or upload Nomi Shared Notes directly from beta.nomi.ai - This would be a welcome feature if enough demand is present.
