- I use the non-automatic page translation tool — That's to say if I need to translate a web page, I click [mylanguage] in the TWP toolbar button and the page is translated.
Is there a way to reset the page translation when the URL changes?
Example: To read an article on example.com, I click to translate the page. Then, after reading, I navigate to a different page (still on example.com), and the new page is automatically translated. I’d like the new page not to be automatically translated — I want it to reset in its original language.
I know this is a non-standard request, but would it be possible to have this choice via a checkbox in the settings?

Thanks for the reply!
I already had that option set to “No.”
I just tried again and realized I had misunderstood the "issue".
Actually, the site doesn't revert to its original language when I use the Back button (when I go back one page). I guess that's normal.
In the end, I have to refresh the page after using the Back button. That works for me.
Thanks for the quick reply!

Edit August 28:
Hello, I'm back with some additional information regarding my first question.
I was finally able to reproduce the problem:
On YouTube, I'm reading the comments (translated into French) under a video.
Then, I return to the YouTube homepage by clicking on the YouTube logo in the upper-left corner of the page.
When returned to the homepage, the translation is still active.
"Automatically translate when clicking on a link that takes you to the same domain as the current site" is disabled.
Thank you if reading this.开发者回应
发布于 23 天前What you're asking for is the extension's default behavior. Depending on how the site is built, the behavior may be different.
Check if the option "Automatically translate when clicking on a link that takes you to the same domain as the current site" is disabled. - 评分 1 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 13140755, 1 个月前It no longer works since the last Firefox update (153.0.4).
I have tested all the translation tools available (Bing, Google, Yandex).
My preferred translation tool is Google.
Translating selected text works. Translating the entire page does not work.
The tool’s window says ‘Page translated into German’, but the page is not translated. - 评分 5 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 20089622, 1 个月前
