Been using for 10+ years. Gets the job done, but critical functionality settings are scattered about and confusing. Lacks user defined website subject/type categories with subcategories - it's just one big list of sites. Personally, I would like to have the date of log-in/password creation. This would help to sort on date criteria when reviewing older log-ins to possibly delete. Needs the ability to 'hide' infrequently used log-ins, those you rarely use but don't wish to delete.

demands payment for features customer service claims should work without. So far they have shown no interest in fixing their mess. I will edit if that changes

Add-on disables native Mozilla password retrieval and is unusable.
