But when I log in to just to have the app generate a password, often times that option isn't offered and I have to jump through hoops to get a useable password. I'm also not thrilled that every time 1Password detects that I'm logging into a site, or about to fill in information on a site, it places a "use 1Password" option that covers up what it is I'm working on.

If you're noticing that 1Password in the Browser is often asking you to "use 1Password" then that typically means it's not unlocked, therefore it's unable to not only save (or offer) useable passwords for the website you're on, but it's not going to be able to help you autofill those logins either.
Try checking within the 1Password browser extension under Settings > General > Integrate with 1Password App to ensure that this setting is enabled so that way the browser extension remains unlocked whenever the desktop app is also unlocked.
Likewise, you can adjust when 1Password will be offered during inline filling by visiting Settings > Autofill > Show autofill menu on field focus

- 评分 1 / 5来自 emiliano.bovetti，11 天前The login experience in firefox is really poor, it's possible that you'll need to manually disable the tracking protection because this app relies on cross-site cookies to make the authentication flow work.
The in app experience is also poor, most of the time you'll be redirected to the web app which is not a great UX compared to other products.
It also miss a lot of features like vault export, to do that you'll need the desktop app and once you get it apparently the extension can decide to log you out and force you to start over with the login process (that -again- implies you have to manually disable things). - 评分 3 / 5来自 Firefox 用户 17719928，12 天前

- 评分 5 / 5来自 scottstephens，21 天前I used Lastpass for a number of years, and tried Bitwarden and Dashlane before settling on 1Password. It took less than a day for Bitwarden and Dashlane to annoy me enough to try something different. 1Password is by far the most reliable and feature-full of the 4.

I will not upgrade and continue my subscription to version 8: The transition to cloud vaults is a fundamentally flawed design decistion - you folks are not smarter than folks at LastPass. It's just a matter of time until your user data is offered on the market.

发布于 15 天前While we're sorry to see you leave us, 1Password encrypts your vault data in a fundamentally different way than other password managers. Our dual-key encryption ensures a breach of 1Password’s systems would pose no threat to sensitive information stored in your vaults.
