"download completely successfully" gives me two 0 byte empty video files. Does not download any video, only pretends to.

it figures that as soon as i give financial support, it stops working. as with other users, files are not processed and thus downloads are 0 bytes. … should i seek a refund?

Sorry, not working at the time. Tried for 720p and 480p videos; conversion doesnt start, so the mp4-file is empty. - Last week it worked fine.

It does download videos but it doesnt convert to mp3. it worked like 3 weeks ago from 17.1.2026

Since today, I've been experiencing a problem where two downloads are taking place, each containing 0 bytes. Before that, I was very satisfied.

Was working great and has stopped working again.
