    • Multi-bangs: You can now include several bangs in the same query. For example, !osm !gm Paris will search "Paris" on OpenStreetMap and Google Maps. This feature is off by default and can be activated in the settings.
    • Snaps: Snaps allow you to scope your search to a specific site. Simply use the bang name with the snap symbol (by default @) and the search will be limited to the site the bang name points to. For example, !ddg !s !g @r linux resolves to the query linux site:www.reddit.com which will be opened in DuckDuckGo, Startpage and Google. You can change the snap symbol in the settings, or leave it empty to turn this feature off.
    • Add a whitespace at the beginning/end of the search query to temporally deactivate bangs and snaps for that query.

    Improvements
    • UI elements are now more consistent across screens.

    Fixed
    • Whitespaces can no longer be used in the bang symbol.

    • As a continuation of the previous release, Kagi aliases (i.e., multiple triggers per bang) are now also included as default bangs. For example, !omaps, !openmaps, !osm and !ost will all take you to OpenStreetMap.

    Did you know?

    • You can use the Kagi Bang Explorer to look up default bangs. Extra tip: you can directly use the bang kbe to access it!

    • Multiple URL Targets: A single bang can now open multiple URLs at once! (#33) This feature unlocks quite some useful possibilities, such as getting multiple translations for a text, opening your favorite new outlets at once, or quickly launching all your work-related sites (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc.). It's up to you what other uses you give it.
    • Custom Base URL: The base URL is the URL that is opened when a bang is triggered without arguments. Until now, this feature was quite limited, but with this new version you can customize it with any arbitrary URL! (#34)

    • Yang should now work on Startpage when set as search engine through their extension. (#30)
