Tab Tint does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data.

The activeTab and scripting permissions are used only after the user clicks the extension, and only to change favicon links in the active page. The storage permission keeps the next per-site badge number locally in the browser. Tab Tint has no analytics, advertising, account system, remote code, or external API calls.
