Reddit Summarizer geliştiren: Yem

Reddit Summarizer is a browser add-on that uses AI to summarize Reddit posts and their top comments, helping you understand long threads without reading dozens of lines or comments.

Click the AI Summary button on any text-based Reddit post to generate a concise summary that includes:

• What the original post is about.
• The main discussion points from the top comments.
• The community's overall reaction.
• A brief description of the current subreddit.

• AI summaries for text-based Reddit posts.
• Summarizes top comments and overall discussion.
• One-click integration directly into Reddit.
• Lightweight and easy to use.

This extension does not collect or store any personal data.

To generate a summary, the following information is sent to the backend:

• Subreddit name
• Post text
• Top comments
• Original poster's username aka the OP

No browsing history, Reddit account information, or personal data is collected, stored, logged, or associated with you.

• The AI runs on a free-tier service. During periods of high traffic, summary generation may temporarily fail. Please try again later.
• The backend is hosted on Render's free tier. After 15–20 minutes of inactivity, the first request may fail while the service wakes up. It is usually available again within 1–2 minutes.
• Images, videos, GIFs, and other media are intentionally excluded from summaries to keep responses fast and reduce AI processing costs.
