QuickSearchSwitch lets you rerun your active search query across 38 search engines and tools with one click or keyboard shortcut. It automatically extracts search terms from your current tab or lets you type a new search directly.

Features

• Automatically reads search queries from Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, YouTube, Amazon, Reddit, GitHub, and 30+ other services.
• Covers 38 engines across 7 categories: Web, AI, Images, Videos, News, Social, and Shopping.
• Supports full keyboard control (Ctrl+Shift+S to open, arrow keys to switch tabs or select engines, Enter to search).
• Star a preferred engine in each category so pressing Enter opens it immediately.
• Type qs followed by your search term in the address bar for quick category suggestions.
• Right-click any selected text on a web page to search it immediately.
• Route searches to your regional domain (such as google.co.uk, amazon.de, or google.co.jp).
• Turn off unused engines or reorder them on the settings page.
• Choose whether links open in foreground or background tabs, with Ctrl+Click and middle-click overrides.

Privacy

QuickSearchSwitch does not collect, store, or transmit any user data or browsing history. All favicons are bundled locally, so the extension makes no background network calls to third-party services.
