What data the extension uses
Task actions: When you start or stop a timer on a task (e.g. in ClickUp or Huly), the extension sends that action to the KpiClock desktop app on your computer.
Browser tab / usage data: The extension sends information about your active browser tab (e.g. URL and page title) to the KpiClock desktop app so it can record time spent on websites for productivity and usage reporting.
Where this data goes
This data is sent only to the KpiClock desktop application on your own computer over a local connection (e.g. localhost). The extension does not send data directly to the internet.
The desktop app may then send data to KpiClock’s servers (e.g. to sync time entries and reports), as described in the main KpiClock privacy policy.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
