For the Android app "IP Webcam", there is no inbuilt way to make the video take up the entire width of the screen easily. To adjust it I've made a quick fix extension. It enlarges the video display for browser to be the width of the screen.

If you add ?w=[some number] where [some number] is the percentage of the screen to take up, it will adjust the video to be that size.

Permissions issues caused the extension to never work. This is hopefully fixed in the new version
