Focused URL Copy makes it easy to copy the exact URL you need.
Click the address-bar button or use the keyboard shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+Period to copy the current frame URL when one is active. If there is no active frame, it copies the page URL instead.
It works immediately after install, needs no setup, and stays out of the way. A small confirmation appears after copying so you know it worked.
