    What changed:
    • Removed cell glow from piece, added target cell border instead of glow.
    • Improved minimized mode styling so the compact panel feels cleaner and more stable.
    • Fixed the “newer version available” alert showing over the minimized panel. It now appears only in full mode.
    • Improved best-move card animations, including smoother height changes and better reveal behavior.
    • Polished move review and mate alert display states.
    • Added more internal tests around auth, panel rendering, analysis flow, and UI state to reduce regressions.
