Just to be clear for those who does not understand french and complain that this extension does not reduce their spam.
This is not a spam filter.

This extension is used for REPORTING spam.

when you click on the button, it will put the mail in your spam folder and report to signal-spam, which will the decide what to do.
Signal Spam is an association that review your spam and report to the relevant administrations, depending on the spam (non sollicited, phishing, malware,...)
This extension is for you only if you want to CONTRIBUTE to anti-spam.
With your account you can also review all the spam you have reported and see what type of spam you receive each month.


If you want to reduce your spam, get a proper spam filter and avoid giving you email address. If you do, always check for opt-out options. If this still doesnt work and receive obvious abusive email, then you should report with extension like this.

By the way, this is a french initiative by a french association. French people have the right to get french extension. This is usefull to them. English is not the internet language, it is the most common on the internet space.
