Quantum Shield checks whether the website you're currently visiting uses post-quantum-safe encryption (PQC), by sending the current site's URL to the Quantum Shield API (RedRuby Technologies) for verification.

Why it matters:
Classical encryption (RSA, ECC) will eventually be breakable by quantum computers. Quantum Shield gives you a quick, one-click way to see if a site has already adopted quantum-resistant algorithms — so you know your connection is future-proof.
