0.3.1 is identical to 0.3.0. The version number was bumped because 0.3.0 was uploaded to the wrong distribution channel and AMO does not reuse a version number.

What's new since 0.2.0:

• Listing a large backlog works. Filter by query, group by domain, and cap the result; every answer reports whether it was truncated, so a partial listing is never mistaken for a complete one.
• A clip is verified on disk before its tab closes. The optional local sidecar checks the note actually landed in your vault, matching on freshness, the source URL it records, and a SHA-256 of exactly the text handed to Obsidian. A clip that never landed can no longer cost you the tab.
• Clips can name their target vault, validated against Obsidian's own registry.
• Academic papers can route to Zotero instead of Obsidian. Opt-in and off by default.
• The agent sidecar is globally configurable from a config file, with the token kept in a separate 0600 file.

Fixed:

• Obsidian handoffs no longer fail silently on Firefox. The launch goes through an extension-origin page, so the one-time external-protocol approval has a principal the browser can remember.
• A transient tab-read failure is retried without masking a genuinely restricted page.
• The toolbar icon is the extension's own mark again.
• The tab cockpit's controls float over the list rather than displacing it.

Breaking: the agent bridge wire protocol is now 2. Update the extension and the sidecar together; mixed versions are refused rather than allowed to look successful.
