Detail:
- For prices over 200: Round to the nearest ten if the units are greater than 4.9 (e.g., 295€ → 300€).
- For prices over 80: Round to the nearest ten if the units are greater than 6.9 (e.g., 88€ → 90€).
- For smaller prices: Round to the nearest whole number if cents are 0.85 or higher (e.g., 19.85€ → 20€).
- Refine to the nearest 0.1 if cents in the tenths place exceed 0.089 (e.g., 4.49€ → 4.50€).
