NetMon IP & Speed is a lightweight network status companion for Firefox.

It shows your public IP address, provider, and country with a flag, and automatically measures download speed in the background. The toolbar icon changes color depending on connection health: green for normal, orange for degraded, red for critical drop, gray for no data or error.
